    Breast feeding and combantrin

Has anyone had combantrin while breast feeding?

There is lots of conflicting info online

My chemist said best not to unless I show symptoms which Think I do and Ds definitely has them

The manufacturer said to ask the chemist but I've always found chemist to be wrong or not up to date

Many of us have been there and done that - it’s OK to have when breastfeeding. If you ever want to check ring Rodney Whyte at the Monash Medical Centre Drug info line

There is one form of combantrim that's better for breastfeeding. It comes in two formulations. The on my chemist advised me was bfing safe is more expensive, but since I'm sitting with a non sleepy kiddo I can't go and check the packet.
