This weekend we went to bunnings and as always the big girls had a play on the play ground. DD3 was hungry so I sat down to feed her and another mum was doing the same with her five month old and we struck up a conversation. She was telling me an older lady had walked past a few minutes before and given her a little card which she showed me. I can't remember the exact words but it in a nutshell it said 'from one mum to another thank you for breastfeeding in public and making it easier for other mums to do the same'. It had made this mums day from what she was telling me
I love the sentiment but the card giving seems a bit strange to me, I guess having a conversation with someone and telling them seems a little more 'natural' to me but then you dont always get that opportunity. What are your thoughts?
