Don't let it stress you out ladylove - when DS1 was 4 months, I had to have suurgery, and I wasn't allowed to eat anything at all the day before, and was fasting completely from miand had to have some treatments which completely cleared out my digestive system, intestines, bowel etc, and I had to fast completely from midnight, and then I was under general anaesthetic for several hours for the surgery, and *then* I was on a fluid only diet for three days.
Still managed to exclusively breastfeed during that time.
The afternoon after the surgery, my milk was almost clear and was vaguely blue because it was so thin, but we powered through it - you'll be fine. It will thicken up soon.
