I have an achy right boob - does this mean mastitis is coming? I cant feel any lumps in particular but it seems to be a bit harder all over - even when she drained that side?

argh this boob stuff is confuzzling to me...
Might be the start of a blocked duct. I have never been able to feel the lump until a bit of the swellling and hardness goes away and then lumps galore Hot shower and boobie massaging is worth a try. As for boob stuff being confusing. Im still confused 19 months later!
