I was never sure of breastfeeding before Alexis was born, if anyone ever asks what the hardest part of child birth would be, I can easily tell them the first month of breastfeeding!!!! I was so ready to give up many times at 2am for the upteenth night of crying and no sleep. 6 months was always my limit. Now I love it and don't wan't to stop just yet!!!

Alexis has found a new trick, and it kills me, she grabbs at my breast when I'm feeding, and it really pinches, sometimes really HURTS. If I try to hold and gently stroke her hand to keep her from doing it, she getts frustrated.
The more I tense up, the longer it takes for my 'let down' to come, and she getts more frusrated. What to do??

You could try some sort of distraction maybe? some people buy breastfeeding necklaces that are supposed to capture their attention when feeding.
