I was hormone central at first too... I think until 5 or 6 weeks actually as I'm only now not wanting to burst into tears at random moments and starting to feel more relaxed like 'This feels pretty good, I can do this.' it has also taken my nipples the best part of five weeks to heal properly though they are still a little tender. I used to find I was stupidly emotional between about 4pm and 9pm every day for some reason.
