I'd join the ABA and get the book thrown in, it can be so helpful having IRL contacts that you can see and meet up with to tackle some of the little challenges that come up from time to time. The book is very useful and much better than bfing info in any other parenting/baby book I've come across.
Good on you for getting yourself prepared early! The other thing is that if you join the ABA your local group will probably run an info session for pg mums before you give birth (they do them from time to time) and that might be another place where you can pick up some good advice. Actually, you don't have to join to go along as a guest to a couple of meetings, so you could try it out and see what you think.
