Perfectly normal in my experience. Once supply-demand equalises, they become a lot softer. Kind of disappointing when you're flat chested like me.... I liked the perkiness!!

Never been able to express much either. But listening to both my littlies gulping away and changing all those wet nappies, I was pretty confident enough was going in. In fact, DS fed fast and my boobs 'deflated' quite early on so I might have wondered.... except for the fact that he was a fatty-boombah!
