Can you have too many oats?

DS3, 27months, has an obsession with oats at the moment. I'm talking 5 plus times a day. The last couple of days he just wants oats in a bowl with milk, not cooked into porridge. He will let you add some sultanas or banana sometimes. I know they're super healthy but just wondering if you can have too many, or is it too much? lol Either way can you over do it?

If it foes for weeks rather than a few days then maybe.
