So she had had cow's milk before the bottles? It could still be that the increased amount is making her constipated.

I don't know, Pie has been constipated lately too, and she's having less cow's milk than usual, (she's cutting her bottles back a bit) so I put it down to the heat & not enough fluids, have been offering more water & giving her a bit of prune juice. Could be something to try?
