Cup or bottle?

When did you start using a cup for milk and when/how did you wean from the bottle?

We are about to swap DD (11.5 months) onto cows milk but not sure whether to continue with bottles or to swap to a cup?

From personal experiance

I started using a cup from 6m for water.

I weaned from breast to cup for DD1 at 9m, and DD2 fully at 13m.

I would go straight into a cup.
