Red face The end of our bf journey, thanks to all who helped

From my belly buddies group who convinced me to give breastfeeding a try, to the lovely wider community of BB, Id like to thank you for your support as V and I travelled down the breastfeeding, comping, not comping, introducing formula alongside bf, introducing cows milk alongside bf...to finally.....Cows milk

V has decided the boobie is for losers but Im ok with it...really...lol. Its been a few days since she asked for it last but even then it was only every 2 days or so.

I have loved the experience and will definately breastfeed again. I feel so happy that she and I were able to be extensions of each other for so long, and that I was one of those fortunate enough to be physically able, emotionally able and informed enough to push through the opinions and well meant advice from others less keen on bf.

So as Im a little bit sad I would just like to celebrate a little because it is something I am very proud of

Congratulations. BF for 1 year is quite an achievement especially after a rocky start.

You should feel happy and celebrate the remarkable BF journey youve had and you can look back on all those special moments with a smile. I too was sad both times when it came to an end, but I cant wait to do it again when my next bub decides to join us!
