    RG worked well for us until we added 'other' solids. We give DS both mush and finger foods and once we introduced more food he was backed up for days and days. I just bought the RG coz it was cheaper on the shelves and it stated that they use brown rice- I didn't see that on the other packets. We still have a nearly full packet in our cupboard now though- hmmmmmm wonder what i'll do with it?

    You can add it to anything thats blended up. I used to add it to mashed steamed veggies or cooked mince for the girls.

    Good luck with BLS. Another thing to remember is to not stress too much about how much they are eating in the beginning. Make food fun otherwise it can become a real chore xx
