Has anyone BF and fed EBM to a verbal child?

Just wondering if you have ever had a child verbalise their thoughts on breastmilk or breastfeeding. Have they ever said there is a difference in taste when the milk has been given not via the breast?

My LO will not take EBM, and makes the face that she does when she doesn't like the taste of something. However, she is a total booby addict. I would love to hear what her thought are

Nate won't take EBM. He says 'yuck, no! beeb!' (his word for feed), so from that I've taken that it tastes different.

Mine would never take a bottle either. I figured it was more the feel than the taste?! But I'd be interested to hear what others have to say too.

When my ds was a little baby (4 months or so) he would take ebm - both fresh and frozen but when he was older he would just refuse (from about 8 months or so). I never tried to feed him ebm after that age as he was a big eater so if i wasnt there for a feed i wasnt too concerned. I would be very interested to hear what other experiences there have been. I will add though that when ds weaned at 16 months i was 4 months pg and he kept saying that it was 'yuck' which i am assuming my milk was changing and he wasnt too impressed withthe new flavour range i was making lol

I wouldn't be suprised if it does taste different, I remember it would smell ghastly when it was defrosted.
