In case you need more convincing, I can put in another vote for the Jessica Seinfeld book!

i just thought I'd let you all know, I finally got the Jessica Seinfield book from the library and so far the macaroni and cheese (with hidden cauliflower) and the chocolate brownie (with hidden carrot and spinach) have been a success!

I ended up making a freezer full of different veg purees to use in the recipes from the book, so I am going to work my way through them all

    Thanks everyone for your help!
