One thing that always helped our windy son is kinda hard to explain.
We'd lay him over our shoulder making sure it was his tummy that was in contact with our shoulder and not his chest and he was more upright than horizontal.
We'd hold him there using that side's hand on his back.
Then we'd firmly pat his bottom in an upward motion, this would make him kinda bounce up and down if that makes sense? Would always work out some massive burps and would be much more comfortable!

I currently spend a lot of time bouncing on the fit ball which helps some burps. And firm bum pats that bounce him up & down.

). I'll try cutting those for a while. After posting he had a feed and was super sleepy so I tried putting him down on his tummy and it's worked! He's been snoozing and I have my body back for a little while! Yay!
