yep it sure is okay to continue feeding. Be really vigilant with your handwashing/hygiene and make sure you keep up lots of fluids for yourself too to stay hydrated.

I had gastro with dd2 I kept feeding and she was the only one who didn't get sick. As hb saidvlots of fluid and rest and clean hands

She will be fine hun, just do as hb has said and all will be fine.
Can someone get you some hydralite icypoles ro something aswell if you can't stomach food just keep up your fluids and rest as much as you can.
