Sometimes people try to blame everything on breastfeeding or your milk, when it is just baby behaviour. I got a couple of all night sleeps from my LO, but we are back at 2 0r 1 hourly feeds (after a bigger block if i am lucky). Pretty normal, and around 4 months is a common time for bubs to change their patterns.

Congrats on exclusively breastfeeding too!
