I used to use a rolled up flannel but found once we were more confident we didn't need it.

ATM I'm either using nothing or a regular pillow. When we were preggo and buying everything I had it in my head I just MUST have a BFing pillow! Tbh I think it was more about showing my commitment to trying to bf and looking at a pretty pillow made it seem less scary. Lol
