Every year, ABA puts out a breastfeeding calendar (i had it on my kitchen wall the last few years, seeing the pics each morning, spurred me on, to keep breastfeeding), and every month has a different photo, that photo of MK would be lovely for one of 2012's months.

i can't throw out those ABA calendars, i found the photos inspirational, esp when i had doubts about bf-ing (usually when i copped ignorant comments about bf-ing past five months).

i never thought i would find "strength" in calendar photos, but i did, and it really helped. (along with all the positive encouragement i got from my BB community too of course).

And CRAZY LADY you're right, the news didn't sensor the photo (no need to anyhoo) so shy iss FB so fuddy duddy about same sort of photos?

MK looks like a happy contented new mum, good for her.

I think its a beautiful photo, a lovely newborn moment. There is absolutely nothing "raunchy" or sexual about breastfeeding.

i saw the photo too and i though good on her for putting out a photo like that, but at the same time i thought, i wonder how long it will be before some idiot makes a comment about it being inaporpriate or something!
