Hi girls, I have two tubes of lansinoh cream that i never used. I did get cracked nipples in hossy but the best way to heal them and quickest was by expressing some colustrum out and leaving the nipples to air dry. I didnt want to use the lansinoh cream as I heard babies dont like the taste although you could just wipe it off before a feed. Hope that helps.

I didnt do anything before having DD. I did ask my midwife if there was anything I could do to prepar the nipples but she said no.
