Wasn't too sure where I should post this - posted something under Baby General too - but though it is kindof food related.
My 10 month old has been chucking up a bit recently. Is a bit random - isn't happening every day but he has chucked up 4 times in the last 7 days. Just making sure it isn't something that I should be worried about. Normally seems to happen shortly after he has eaten or else after he has eaten and is having milk feed. Would it just be that he has had too much to eat that is causing the problem or should I be concerned that there is something else wrong.
Otherwise appears healthy and happy. Think he is teething as lots of drool and very nasty nappy rash which he had when all of his 4 teeth came through.
just wanted to check as I would hate to think I just dismiss it as being nothing as is something I should be concerned about.
Hi Hon! Must be the 'thing' this week as DD has had two MEGA spews this week (Monday and Thursday nights) and she's never been a really chucky kid. I worked out it was the new yoghurt we'd bought - it was far too rich for her. She was having it for dessert (and loving every bit of it, mind you!) and then she'd have her last bottle about an hour later then up it would all come, plus more. Yukko!
I'd say if your DS is teething, then the extra saliva and mucous might be making him sick or it could just be too much food followed by a bottle. I wouldn't be concerned though hon and less it becomes a regular thing. Can you pinpoint anything in his diet that might be causing it?
