So I just knocked over 200ml of EBM getting up from my chair after after a pumping session. Stupidly I hadn't put the lid on the collection bottle yet after unhooking it from the pumps . I only have 20ml left now. As someone trying to build up a freezer stash and this being my first spare bottle...yea, I cried, a lot. Stupid hormones

Lol I did the same over a 3ml syringe of colostrum twice

And now between my 3, 6 and 9 pump I've only gotten about 70mls a huge change from my usual 90ish a pump.It's so good to get virtual hugs thank you!, OH just said 'oh, that sucks'. Men. Sigh as father dearest always said, there's no such word as can't. Back to the pump!
