If its hard then I'd say not quite ready

Take a look at losebabyweight.com.au there programs are safe while breastfeeding.

Also talk to your dr they might be able to steer you on a path in regards to excersize and eating

I also have large breasts (14/G-I) they started at 10DD and I never thought they would change back but the last few weeks they are changing shape and also gone down a couple of sizes without any change in supply. My DD is 10 months old now.

Also on weight loss, I have just lost 7 kilos in two weeks from having impacted wisdom teeth and removal and no change in milk supply. Obviously I'm not recommending losing that much in that time frame just saying weight loss doesn't always mean loss of supply. Maybe start with some exercise and healthy eating and see how you go.

Coming frOm someone who has been expressing and going ebm for the last 6momths I have to say well done for bf for this lOng, it's not easy so u should be proud of yourself. In regards to weight
Loss bf can actually help u loose weight(u burn More calories ) I've been doing weight watchers and get to have More points that my dh does who weighs 30kgmore! But I've lost 6kg doing it so I know
It Works. If your not 100% Sure maybe u could try supplementing just 1 feed a day. I have had to give ds3 1
bottle of formula for the last 3 wks which i was hoping not to do but my supply has dropped a little. Anyway it's your decision no one should judge you for which ever u decide
