    I did it. It did work. I was helped by the local hospital breastfeeding clinic who had a pump on hand and the physio (who was really into it an had a lot to say about it) did it for me. It worked, and provided me with the relief i had been needing after having a lump for almost a month that ABs and other treatments had not fixed. My son was about 4 months though.

    You can also get breast massage for mastitis. I dont know of anyone specifically in Adelaide, but Andrew Barnes in QLD was heavily involved with the college of natural therapies setting this up as a natural therapy, he trains people all over the world, and it works really well.
