As a mixed feeder (physiological inability to produce a normal human supply) I've been on both ends of the stick. I've had the mortified looks or embarassment or disgust if breastfeeding in public - and I've had the equally painful experience of judgmental looks and thoughtless words from breast-feeding mothers when using a bottle in public. Every coin has two sides.
