MR, yes, we don't know everything about formula, but we do know there's no nuts or caffeine in it. Which I wouldn't want to assume about EBM.
You can't really be sure about that. There's no guidelines in place that say that it can't be processed on equipment that processes nuts or instant coffee so it's entirely possible that formula could have both of those things.
If half the 'goodness' is destroyed by pasteurisation then that's probably still go 80% more 'goodness' than formula (that is only my guesstimate )
