Experiment with different positions and holds. You've probably gotten a bit slack with good attachment etc by this stage and sometimes just paying closer attention will help. I found I had to sort of move DS in closer and over a bit... cannot describe any more helpfully than that, sorry. The ABA will have some good suggestions.
