Beema - I just wanted to say that you're an inspiration. What you've been through to achieve BF has inspired me. Because of you I joined ABA and attended meetings prior to delivery. I met a LC and discussed what to do at birth to give us the best chance. I fought to get a private LC early (week 2) instead of waiting. I pushed for galactagues (sp??) early on. Will's now 11 weeks and I'm still feeding him - albeit not exclusive, but better than with Pip.
Gigi - the gift you gave me of the bfing tops helped me so much, you have no idea. It meant I had no excuses, and your confidence in me suceeding. I have the ABA calendar on my fridge and I look at it and the covers of the mag and get confidence from them. Thankyou.
I don't post in here much, but I lurk and read a lot. I don't have much to say but I learn heaps. So to everyone who has posted stuff in this area, I say thankyou. Too many to name. I'm rattling with all the tablets and cookies and beer, but I have a little boy who falls asleep with a milky smile - and that's something I never thought I could achieve.
That is Gorgeous. Good on ya. I have also learnt so much here that i know has helped me to start breastfeeding, and continue and want to keep going until my little one is ready to stop.
Aww, congrats Kaz!! You are doing such a wonderful job! And it's wonderful to see such lovely support for you, I'm glad you found what you need to help you keep going!
I haven't been on BB much of late, my break seems to have gone a lot longer than I expected and I hadn't seen your thread.
I am absolutely thrilled that you have achieved a longer BF journey with Will, you are doing a fantastic job so proud of you! And so happy that I was able to give you inspiration to take steps to arm yourself with a great support network to BF Will.
And it doesn't matter that it isn't full time, any BF'ing is great every drop counts.

Kazbah, you are SO welcome hon. it was a nice way for me to be able to "pay it forward", after all, so many lovely BB-ers, have helped me at various times, in so many ways.
You sound triumphant, good on you, we all have our own personal goals, and i'm thrilled for you, that you are achieving some of yours.
