I was going to ask the same as kyliealysha - about white spot - I had this a couple of times & had to use some pretty firm massage to get them out, they were incredibly painful.
My sister had ultrasond therapy & found it very helpful.

You might remember me from such threads as "Completely Desperate" and "Are some problems unresolvable".
