Yes, Christy should be able to give you good advice - she had to eliminate all dairy from her diet due to Jovie's intolerance, and she has now discovered that Matilda has an allergy to dairy so she has cut all dairy from Matilda's diet too. I thought of her as soon as I read the thread title. Hopefully she'll see this thread!
