MY son was diagnoised with milk intolerance at 4 months, he had watery green poos, also had blood in them too. A bit scarey! I had to cut out all diary in my diet, although it has been hard it was well worth it, he is now 13 months, and i just weaned him.
I knew something was wrong when his poo's were like water and the smell eww!!!
Just make sure you take calcium tablets so you are ok too!!! There are lots of recipes you can get from the internet! I have a great recipe for butterscotch bikkies, if you want something sweet.

125grams of nuttelex
2 tblsp of golden syrup
1 & 1/4 c of self raising flour
1/2 c brown sugar.

Beat butter and sugar together
Add golden syrup, and mix
The add flour.
Roll into balls.

Bake at 180 for 15 minutes..take out let set. and eat very yum!

Usually makes about 20 bikkies.
