Thanks everyone for taking the time to reply. I have not had the nasal spray today as last night after i went to bed I wondered the same thing. I think i will only use it when my nose is really bad as it works quite quickly. I used it last time when I was BF my DS and didn't recall any drop in supply but i had never taken the prednisoline before so that's why i wondered if it was that. It could also be because I am unwell too, you're right.
