D-MER - how do I over come it?
Hi guys,
So after finding out what my emotional outbursts were, I am definitely sure that it is D-MER (thanks TT40 for pointing that out to me)
It happens every time before a letdown. I get an emotional wave and then my nipples would tingle and start to leak.
It doesn't last long but I really really hate the feeling and emotion.
Does anyone know how to over come it?
I have read a few websites but none really explained how to overcome it without GP intervention and just knowing that I have D-MER hasn't made it better either.
Sounds very hard.
I guess you've read the info on the ABA website already? Perhaps it will get easier with a bit of time. I hope you find some answers.
=( its a really horrible feeling isnt it =( . apparently eating and drinking can help. but doesnt for me. the only thing ive found helps is distraction...but that is hard cause i found i needed to focus on her and the feed to make sure it was right etc.. they say its meant to get better with time...but mine hasnt, if anything ive found mines gotten worse.
no help i know but if i had the answer i would have been broadcasting it months ago =(
*hugs* im here if you need. please share if you find anything that works
also. please remember that whatever thoughts pop into your head because of that feeling are not your fault. i know ive thought some pretty horrible stuff at times...
