    thanks everyone for the suggestions

it just dawned on me before that the last 2 days I have drunk caffeinated soft drinks, so will be avoiding those now!

Bella29 - I do have a hug a bub, but I'm still trying to figure out how to put it on! Maybe I'll move that to the top of my to do list!

slightly better night last night, I'm thinking it might be the soft drinks! he was still quite windy, but I was only up for about 1 hour at a time rather than 3 hours like the previous 2 nights.

I'm really hoping I don't have to give up chocolate, I can handle missing out on the drinks, but not chocolate!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi kellie, i'm a bit late but i found that caffeinated soft drinks had the same response here. i did find that DS grew out of it though, by about 6 months i think? i don't think we had any major issues with chocolate but it might take a couple of days for you to see bigger improvements & if not, then maybe cut back on the chocolate? well, just a tiny bit!!

What about cooked onion and non-caffinated soft drinks like caffine free diet coke?
