My little girl still wakes up to feed overnight. I'm too embarrassed to say how often! But with her it's mainly a comfort thing. Have made a few efforts to night-wean... no success so far...
I am so glad I am not the only one still feeding overnight as there is soo much pressure to night wean. I am lucky to be in a position where co-sleeping works for us and I am a SAHM so I don't need to be 'alert' for work but tbh I think it would still be easier to feed overnight then try and night wean I think he is just that kind of baby that is thirsty
I also wrote that as DS had woken twice by midnight that night which means that we were in for a few feeds. He has been sick on and off for the past few weeks so the night feeding has increased from just once or twice to many more times then that.
I can't see it ending anytime soon either so next time I am feeding overnight I will think of all of you lovely ladies
Both of my kiddies still wake overnight. DD wakes up and wonders down to our bed and hops in for and tells me "I need a cuggle mummy & daddy) and who can argue with that gorgeous logic so she snuggles in for the rest of the night and DS is still waking for feeds overnight and can't really see that ending anytime soon - he is such a booby boy. Gee our bed gets a bit crowded some, well since we are being so honest, most nights, LOL!!!
