Yay for lots of milk though. Have you tried hand expressing a bit off the left side before putting ds on for a feed? It will help soften it a little so he gets good attatchment and also try feeding leaning back a bit so the milk isnt as fast flowing. I'm having a few spewy issues with dd atm and i think its worse too when i'm fuller. I have found doing these things has helped but i'm still getting the occassional exorcist spew from her
