I get shocking lumps in my armpit when my milk comes in. I have an excessive amount (IMO) of excess breast tissue under my right arm & the milk does pool there & can become engorged. I have a photo from when Iain was a bub. I will see if I can find it.

I would treat it like you would a lump /blocked duct & keep any eye on it. Although for me its really painful
