We're 5 days in and I know Im getting a nice dose of mastitis

Ive got the heatpack on, expressing in the shower and DD3 is feeding on that side frequently (as newborns do!)

What am I missing? Im willing to try as much as possible before the anti biotics are given....

Also can I get anti biototics from the maternity ward? or is a drs appt needed??

And if any mods read this this could we get a sticky on symptoms of mastitis, what to do etc?? I shall also ask in the appropriate area too
