Not sure about expressing , but I wouldn't deliberately be trying to increase solids as that could lead to bub wanting less milk which will decrease supply.

Personally I would not do anything differently, just go with the flow and see what happens as what will happen varies so much depending on individual seems little point second guessing - I would develop a what will be will be attitude.
