REN I certainly wouldn't say the Palm Beach clinic is no good. It's fantastic for it's seminars & to get together with other women, also to take Ava for her weigh ins & general advice from the nurse. Though I just don't think she would be the right one to help you. I don't think she is a LC. You should go to that appointment as you will need the clinic for support in the future. Actually, I am going this Tuesday too, for the talk at 2pm cause I missed this seminar last time.

PS.. I've made a yummy Zucchini Pie for us for lunch. I had a small piece already
