Ren, I totally understand how upsetting that is for you. I think Ava looks fabulous! My DS was really skinny at her age, he had no fat on him. Your little girl looks fine, and is clearly putting on more than enough weight . You know, I would guess that your grandma didn't mean to be rude or hurt you, it's probably her strange way of showing that she cares, and is interested in Ava. My Grandma would probably say it in the same way! Just move right along hun, and pretend she never said it to you. You KNOW that all is going well now, you don't need to fret over stuff like this
