Well done Lisa you are doing such a fanastic job. The expressing is tiring but is worth it as it can get a little bit more into him which makes him stronger which means he is able to take a little bit more from the breast. I found that it did get easier over the weeks and worked out the best times for expressing when my supply was at its fullest so I didn't feel like I was expressing round the clock.
