For the last couple of days feeding has been unbearable () on my RHS, terrible shooting pains, right through to my back, but no lumps or blockages (which I had planty of with DD1) so I have determined that it is Nipple Thrush and just picked up some Daktarin Oral Gel.

How long will it take before it starts to work, should I treat both breasts even though only one is affected at the moment, what else should I do to "speed up" the process of healing, and are there things I should do to prevent it from happening again. I can see why some end up weaning as the pain is horrible
