Great that she has gained some weight this week It must be incredibly upsetting and frustrating to be in this position though. It sounds as though they are doing all the right things, and probably all you can do is be patient, and wait for test results. I'm sorry, I can't remember....do you have a good LC who can help guide you through all of this? Having someone really explain things to you can be very helpful.

As for the expressing in the morning idea, just a word of warning.........I was asked to do this with DS1. DISASTER. It really stuffed with my supply, and my confidence. I very quickly went back to the way we'd been doing things. There is every chance that this is nothing to do with your supply, the last thing you want to do is risk stuffing up your breastfeeding relationship. I guess it's something that might work for some people, but knowing what a fragile position you are in right now, it mightn't be the best idea.
