I had this happen after surgery on my left breast. DD2 couldn't feed off it for two weeks and by the end of that my right one was twice the size of the left

So I fed from them evenly after that and if my right one was tight or sore, I expressed a little bit off to make it more comfortable. But not too much as I didn't want to make more supply than I was needing. That is what the ABA suggested to me, but call them they may have some other great ideas
