Pain while feeding laying down

ive been BFing for a month now and its all good during the day when i sit on the couch or a chair it only hurts a little coz the thrush is still clearing up but when i feed her laying down it hurts its not unbareable but i would like it if it didnt hurt any ideas? or do i just sit up to feed her and skip the laying down?

Where is he pain? Maybe she isn't latched properly when you lay down and just need to adjust her position a little...

tried adjusting still pain maybe its still the thrush pain

Maybe it is. I'm no expert so that's the extent on my advice sorry I hope you get it sorted soon, someone else might have some more helpful advice for you. I had thrush too it wasn't nice, I was very glad to see it gone!

Have you tried putting a face washer or something under bubs head? Somtimes a slight position adjustment can make a big difference.

It's quite likely it's positional/attachment. I think DS was 5 months old before I managed to feed him lying down pain free (we also had general attachment problems early on)
Maybe try experimenting a bit with teh way you hold her
