Sore Nipples

I don't know what dd is doing to me but my nipples are soooo sore right now. It hurts so much I am nearly crying with every feed. I can't find any cracks so I have no idea why they are hurting so much. She's teething right now. Do you think she's grinding her gums on my nipples whilst she is feeding???

Could it be thrush?

Teething ALWAYS hurt me, have you ruled out thrush?

I don't have any of the usual symptoms I get when I have thrush. Eg itching and razor like pain down my ducts whilst feeding. It's just my nipples. But I suppose it could be. It hurts most on attachment, the rest of the feed isn't pleasant but that first suck is just dreadful. One side is worse than the other too.
