oh hun I have been where you are :hugs: have you tried cupping your breast so that she gets more in her mouth, holding your breast up as she feeds. Do you have a CHN that you can get to and see, or call the hospital and ask if they have a lactation consultant you can see/ one they reccomend.
Lanisoh was useless for me. What I found great was Rite Aid Hydrogel breast disc, oh they were heaven. I got mine at Woolwoorths. Keep them in the fridge for the added relief.

If you can give one side a rest for an extended time and then swap you might be able to give your nipples the chance to heal. I ended up having to put DD to one side all day, alot more often, because my other side was bleeding. if you arent at the bleeding stage maybe give one side a rest for a feed then rest the other side at the next feed.
