Success or failure breastfeeding with implants?

I am just curious to know how people go breastfeeding with implants.

I had implants done 3 years ago above the muscle and put in through the Areola.
The surgeon said that he thought I had enough breast tissue on the top half of my breasts to be able to breastfeed successfully in the future however I just took his word for it and I probably didn't research it enough at the time I got it done. In hindsight now I would probably change my mind about the incision site.

I really want to be able to breastfeed this baby if I can and I am hoping to hear of some success stories or tips from those who have had them done?

I BF my 2 with implants but mine were under the muscle and everything so not sure how much a difference the incision and placement make.

Hun, I think breast reductions are usually more of an issue than implants. You might like to have a look at - BFAR - Breastfeeding After Breast and Nipple Surgeries
It has some really helpful information.
